Competition: Bramhope Scout Campsite

For all County members over the age of 10yrs

Saturday 18 September 20 th 10 Target Archery Competition

Sunday 19th September 2010 Clout Archery Competition

Trophies for all categories

£2.50 per person per day or £3.50 for both days

Overnight camping available at £10.00 including competition

 fees (Catering is not provided)

Equipment available on site or you can use your own.

As a participant in the Target Competition you could shoot

approximately 3 dozen arrows in 6 sessions throughout the

day starting at 10 am and finishing about 3.30 pm.

The Clout competition will start at 10 am and finish about

1.30pm again shooting about 3 dozen arrows. The number

of arrows depends on the number of participants.

This competition is open to all including beginners but

some prior knowledge may be useful,

i.e. how to hold a bow.

The competition will be run by the Yorkshire Archery

Association

Age groups for the competition

(1) Under 14 - Scouts ages 10 - 14

(2) 14 - 18 Explorers & Young Leaders.

(3) Over 18 Network & Leaders.
